Crown of Glory is seeking a dedicated and highly organised Virtual Assistant to join our team. Established in 2020, Crown of Glory is a growing brand specialising in natural curly hair and body products. We are passionate about empowering our community through easy-to-follow YouTube tutorials that teach our customers how to create and use their own products for healthier hair and skin. As a Virtual Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative, customer service, and operational support, playing a crucial role in the smooth running of our business and contributing to our continued success.

Job Title: Virtual Assistant
Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $18 - $29 USD per hour

Responsibilities

 

• Provide high-level administrative support, including managing calendars, organising digital files, and handling correspondence.
• Manage customer service enquiries via email and social media platforms, providing timely, professional, and helpful responses.
• Assist with the management of our social media channels, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and interacting with our community.
• Support our e-commerce operations by assisting with order processing, inventory updates, and managing product listings.
• Help prepare and organise content for our YouTube channel and other digital platforms, such as drafting descriptions and researching keywords.
• Perform data entry, maintain accurate records, and generate reports as required.
• Carry out general research and other administrative tasks to support the team.

Qualifications

 

• Proven experience working as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative capacity.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and major social media platforms.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is highly advantageous.
• A proactive and resourceful problem-solver with a positive attitude.
• A genuine interest in the natural hair and body care industry is desirable but not essential.
