In this role, you’ll lead and inspire store teammates to deliver premium service, drive sales, and bring Nike’s culture of sport, innovation, and diversity to life on the sales floor. You’ll oversee daily operations, including scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and visual merchandising, while coaching athletes to meet performance goals. You will analyze key metrics, support product launches, maintain compliance and loss prevention standards, and ensure an inclusive, energetic environment for both customers and employees.
