This position is ideal for individuals with experience in student recruitment, leveraging their skills to engage potential students and guide them through the enrollment process.Essential Duties:Proactively conduct 60-80 outbound calls per day and gain new applications to Charis Bible College in a way that is in alignment with our cultural values and integrity.Rapidly follow up on inbound inquiries via phone, email, and text, striving to convert every contact into a qualified applicantHost guided campus tours, online ZOOM meetings, and one-on-one consultationsArticulate Charis Bible College's Statement of Faith, mission, and program offerings with authenticity and convictionServe as a powerful minister—praying for prospects, sharing testimonies, and modeling Christ-centered living in alignment with Charis Bible College's Tenets of Faith & DoctrineDeliver engaging presentations at various events and recruitment fairsMaintain up-to-date records in the CRM: call logs, notes, appointment outcomes, and application statusTrack weekly metrics: call volume, appointment sets, application submissions, and enrollmentsProvide evidence-based recommendations to optimize recruiting events and campaignsRepresent Charis at on-campus and off-site events: open houses, relocation fairs, conferences, and churches.Collaborate on email drip campaigns, direct mail, and print collateral when neededGather post-event data to evaluate ROI and inform future strategiesPartner with Admissions, Marketing, and Academic teams to refine messaging and processesShare best practices, coach peers, and contribute ideas that elevate conversion ratesDemonstrate ownership of personal goals and accountability to team objectivesOther duties as assignedQualificationsKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Excellent problem-solving skillsMust be able to effectively operate a Windows-based computer and navigate Microsoft Office SuiteProven success in sales or recruiting, with a goal-oriented mindsetExceptional verbal, written, and presentation skillsMust be able to speak clearly and be comfortable presenting information to groups during toursAbility to quickly inspire trust and rapport over the phone and in person, converting prospective students into applicants.High comfort level with CRM systemsStrong organizational skills and strategic priority-settingAdaptability to work with diverse audiences: teens, parents, ministry leadersAbility to manage multiple inquiries, events, and recruitment tasks simultaneouslyStrong listening skills to understand the needs and concerns of potential studentsCapacity to adjust strategies and approaches based on feedback and changing circumstances in recruitmentRequirements:Must have a personal relationship with Jesus ChristMust sign the Statement of FaithMust have a significant understanding of student recruitment strategies and practices, or willingness to learn and put strategies into practice with integrityMust have a desire to help others navigate and accomplish their calling to attend Charis Bible CollegeA high school diploma or equivalent education is requiredA bachelor's degree in marketing, education, or communications is a plusCharis Bible College student or graduate preferredMust pass all required checksExperience:Proven experience in sales, recruiting, or a related field is required1-3 years of experience, with a track record of 25 applications per monthCompensation is commensurate with experienceWe offer a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees to include the following: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Time Off (PTO), Paid Holidays per year (10), Flexible Spending Account (FSA)-Medical/Dependent Care, Health Savings Account (HSA), Voluntary Life and AD&D, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, 403(b) Retirement Plan, Life Assistance Program, Accident/Hospital, ID Shield/Legal Shield and TelehealthAbout Us: Andrew Wommack Ministries (AWM) is a teaching ministry of unconditional love and the balance between grace and faith.
