Title: CRM Developer Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform

Location: Austin, TX Remote

Need LinkedIn and State client experience is MANDATORY.

We are looking for a highly experienced CRM Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform to design, develop, customize, and support enterprise applications for TEA.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Model-Driven Apps and Dataverse solutions
• Build server-side components, plugins, integrations, and APIs using C#/.NET
• Develop client-side customizations using JavaScript, form scripting, and PCF controls
• Design and implement REST API, ETL, and Dataflow integrations
• Manage solutions using Git, feature branching, pull requests, and CI/CD
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis
• Work effectively within a multi-developer shared codebase environment
• Create and maintain technical and deployment documentation

Required Experience

• 7+ years Dynamics 365 / Power Platform development
• 6+ years Model-Driven Apps
• 6+ years Dataverse tables, relationships, security model
• 6+ years C# plugin development / server-side extensions
• 6+ years JavaScript customization
• 6+ years REST API integrations
• 6+ years Git in a team development environment
• 6+ years working with shared codebases and multi-developer teams

• PCF (Power Apps Component Framework)
• Power BI integration, reporting, embedding & data modeling
• Power Pages development & configuration
• Power Platform Dataflows / ETL
• Microsoft certifications: PL-400 / PL-600
