  • Help identify coordination issues and resolve technical challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Contribute ideas, technical expertise, and thoughtful solutions during internal design reviews.

  • An associate or bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • A strong understanding of residential construction methods, materials, detailing, and documentation standards.
  • Experience preparing coordinated Design Development and Construction Document sets.
  • Familiarity with building codes and approval processes in New York and New Jersey.
  • Excellent organizational skills and close attention to detail.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • The ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and take ownership of assigned projects and deliverables.
  • A reliable, self-motivated, and collaborative approach to work.

Additional Skills That Are a Plus

  • Experience with Rhino, SketchUp, or other 3D modeling and visualization software.
  • Construction administration experience on high-end residential projects.
  • Experience coordinating with contractors, fabricators, and specialty consultants.

Why Join Us
