Administrative Assistant RolesWe are currently hiring for two Administrative Assistant roles and will be collecting applications for both positions. Applicants will be considered based on qualifications, experience, and alignment with departmental needs. These positions may be located at City Hall or another off-site office depending on assignment.These roles provide vital administrative support that keeps departmental operations running smoothly. Responsibilities may include coordinating processes and projects, assisting with financial and contract-related tasks, supporting customer service functions, organizing meetings and assignments, and preparing or transcribing meeting materials.
